Analytics/piwik

Analytics team is working on having a piwik instance in production available. We need to asses the load this instanvce can take so, at this time, it is only available for quite small website installs and the iOS Application.

Instance can be reached at https://piwik.wikimedia.org it has two layer authentication, a first one with ldap credentials and another one with piwik user/password.
