[[Project Justification::This is a project under Google Summer of Code 2014. The project aims to automate the process of preparing the page for Translation and importing old translations into Special:Translate. Having a fresh instance would allow everyone to test this experimental feature of the Translate extension on a temporary ad hoc wiki before it's enabled on mediawiki.org for wider testing (i.e. hopefully between 29th and 31st May).]]
