monthly aggregates merged by Wikidata

I would like to use the pageview data for ranking objects on a map. For this I could need an aggregate over a month or more to reduce the noise. For me it would be additionally interessting to merge over all Wikipedia articles in different languages with an common Wikidata entry. I have over 4 Mio articles in my database so a dump file would be faster than tons of request to an API.
