tools.cobain processes on tools-bastion-01

Dear Coet,

Please refrain from starting cobain processes on tools-bastion-01. If you did not receive my earlier e-mail, this is what I just sent:

Dear maintainers of 'cobain',

I just killed almost 250 processes that were flooding tools-bastion-01, mostly instancesof

python -u bot.py

and variants thereof. Please take care to not run heavy processing on tools-bastions, and to use the grid for that. Please also take care to not :accidentally start large numbers of processes in general (also not on the grid).
